As an experienced, bilingual perinatal nurse working with families, I work at CU Sheridan Health Services as a family nurse practitioner. My practice philosophy is embedded in the application of evidence-based care guided by shared-decision making. I believe the patient-provider relationship is the driver in effective, preventive healthcare and prioritize this through building trust and dialogue with my patients. As a doctorate-prepared nurse, I have not only learned advanced practice nursing clinical skills but have also developed leadership and practice inquiry skills contributing to the body of evidence in practice, quality improvement strategies, program evaluation, and system-level change.

Apart from working in health care, I love spending time with my family traveling, skiing, hiking, playing soccer, and exploring this beautiful world.
