Nursing PhD Admission Requirements
The following requirements/materials are needed for a complete application. Admissions decisions will be made after each deadline, following a faculty review. All materials submitted become the property of the University of Colorado College of Nursing.
Applications are submitted through Nursing’s Centralized Application Service (NursingCAS).

Applicants must have at least a Bachelor Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program and Regionally Accredited Institution. If applicants are applying to the Caring Science* focal area, a BS/MS may be acceptable from another discipline. Please check with admissions.
*Caring Science is not admitting for the Fall 2024 semester.
