Colorado Law requires us to post the full-fee price for the 15 most common services we provide.

The prices listed are an estimate of what you might pay if:

You do not have insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare)
The service isn’t covered by your insurance
You are not enrolled in Sheridan Health Service’s Discount Program

An appointment is recommended. However, if you are ill and need to be seen immediately, please call and we will make every effort to see you the same day. If you are 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment; we are sorry for the inconvenience.

We accept Medicaid, CHP+, and some private insurance plans. Currently, we are contracted with Cigna, Anthem, United Healthcare, Rocky Mountain Health Plan, and Multi-Plan.

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible for our Sliding Fee Discount Program. You must set an appointment with our outreach and enrollment specialists in order to be screened for eligibility.

We are also able to register eligible clients for Medicaid or with the Connect for Health Colorado insurance exchange.
