Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Acute Care AGNPs are prepared to formulate clinical, administrative, or policy decisions to promote health with clients experiencing acute or chronic illness and to develop, manage, and evaluate the care within hospitals and healthcare systems.

Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist

The CNS option prepares nurses to become evidence-based and theory-guided advanced practice nurses providing quality care to acutely and critically ill patients, medical-surgical patients, and older adults or elderly patients, as well as to patients requiring palliative care services (chronic illness management and end-of-life care).

Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

AGPCNPs provide primary care to older adolescents and adults. With this curriculum revision, all nurse practitioner graduates will be prepared to care for patients as they age.

The quality of the education in this program is phenomenal and I’ve made lifelong relationships with peers and faculty members along the way.
