Recovery Coach Doula Program


The Recovery Coach Doula Program supports individuals through pregnancy, labor/birth, and one year postpartum with a peer support specialist trained as a doula (RCD). The RCD will:

  • Meet with you to identify needs and goals., and work with you to develop a plan to reach your goals.
  • Provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labor/ birth, and in the immediate postpartum period.
  • Support the development of interpersonal and community skills to support adaptation in various environments (e.g., work, home).
  • Provide encouragement and support during recovery in the perinatal period.
  • Provide perinatal education to help you prepare for pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.
  • Provide education and support around substance use and recovery.
  • Provide community resources and referrals to help address needs.
  • Provide guidance and support in navigating systems.

What: Join our supportive community of moms to share tips, advice, and experiences. This safe space is for moms navigating recovery from substance use disorder at any stage of parenting. Let's recover together!

When & Where: Fridays / 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
