We accept many government and private health insurance plans. Most of our clinics also offer the option to pay on your own. Each clinic accepts different insurance plans. Belleview Point and Sheridan Clinics offer a discount program based on your income. Please contact your insurance carrier to check if our providers are part of your health insurance plan.

You may qualify for our Sliding Scale Discount Program. You must set up an appointment with our staff to see if you qualify. You can also pay on your own.
