Annmarie Kropp DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, PMH-C, NMCF

Annmarie Kropp, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience spanning pediatric neurology, outpatient psychiatry, and interventional behavioral health. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona and has developed expertise in the assessment and treatment of complex psychiatric and neurologic conditions across the lifespan.

Dr. Kropp is the co-owner and clinical leader of Zephyr Behavioral Health & Wellness, an outpatient behavioral health practice in Colorado focused on evidence-based, patient-centered care. Her clinical interests include interventional psychiatry, neuromodulation, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic-assisted therapies, neurodivergent-affirming care, and the intersection of neurologic and psychiatric disorders.

In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Kropp is committed to graduate nursing education and mentorship. She has served as an adjunct faculty member for Purdue Global, contributing to graduate-level psychiatric mental health nursing education and curriculum development. She is particularly passionate about preparing advanced practice nurses to integrate clinical evidence, critical thinking, compassionate care, and emerging treatment modalities into practice.

Dr. Kropp has also participated in clinical research, including headache and neurologic treatment trials, and is interested in expanding opportunities for interdisciplinary research and education in psychedelic medicine, interventional psychiatry, and innovative approaches to mental health treatment.
