Application deadlines

Now that you’ve decided to apply to CU Nursing, it’s important to check when your application is due. Keep in mind, all application documents must be received by the deadline and verified in NursingCAS for us to review your application. It’s recommended you request official transcripts be sent to NursingCAS several weeks before the deadline to ensure we receive them in time.

MS, BS to DNP, Post-Graduate Certificate specialty programs

Many of our graduate programs have priority and extended admissions deadlines. All applications verified on or before the priority deadline are guaranteed a faculty review and decision and receive priority scholarship consideration. Applications will stay open for select programs if enrollment capacity exists after the priority deadline. It’s highly recommended that you submit applications by the priority deadline, since there is no guarantee that the specialty will stay open after that date.

Applications received during the extended decision period are reviewed on a rolling basis and can close once enrollment capacity is reached. For programs with rolling admissions, applications are reviewed in order of submission, and you’ll get a decision typically within 3-4 weeks.
