Complete your compliance requirements by the deadline (see important dates below)

  • Upload your health records and certifications to American Databank/Complio
    • Need help? Call 800-200-0853 (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST)
  • Set up your My Clinical Exchange account (undergraduate students only)
  • Submit COVID vaccination, immunizations, BLS, OSHA, and PPD documentation. Compliance deadlines are typically set 30 days prior to the start of the term
  • Admissions clinical compliance is available via email for students with individual compliance concerns

Get connected

  • CU Nursing Admissions will activate your CU account once your Initial Residency Verification form has been processed. Your CU account will allow you access to email and student resources
  • Claim and set up your university email, establishing your login credentials for your student email account, student portal, and Canvas. After you’ve set up your email account, go to myemail.ucddenver.edu (or the Webmail icon from any CU website) to access it in the future. Need help? Call 303-724-HELP (4357)
  • Join your Canvas orientation course to connect with classmates and advisors. This is where updates, news, information, and deadlines will be posted. There’s even a checklist of items (under the “Modules” tab) that you need to complete before orientation that includes your official onboarding to-do list
  • Get your student ID badge - your key to campus
