Autumn Mooney LPC, LAC

Autumn Mooney, LPC, LAC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor who serves as faculty at the University of Colorado Anschutz College of Nursing’s clinical practice site, CU Sheridan Health Services, in the Family Health Clinic. As a behavioral health provider in an integrated care setting, Autumn works with both pediatric and adult populations.

Autumn divides her time between providing integrated behavioral health services to youth at Sheridan High School and offering brief individual therapy to clients in the Family Health Clinic. Her work emphasizes accessible, collaborative, and trauma-informed care that supports clients’ emotional well-being within their primary-care environment.

Autumn is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping individuals and families identify practical strategies for managing mental health concerns, substance-use challenges, stress, trauma, and life transitions. She is passionate about providing respectful, high-quality care to diverse and underserved communities.
