Graduate Application Deadlines

Please view the application deadline dates for your program of interest. For an application to be reviewed all application documents must be verified in NursingCAS by the deadlines posted. To ensure timely receipt of materials all prospective students are encouraged to apply early and request official transcripts several weeks in advance of the deadline.

Many of the graduate programs at CU Nursing participate in priority and extended admissions deadlines. All applications verified on or before the priority deadline are guaranteed a faculty review and decision and receive priority scholarship consideration. After the priority deadline passes, applications will remain open for select programs if enrollment capacity exists. For high-demand specialty programs, it is highly recommended that applicants submit applications by the priority deadline, as they will not remain open after the priority deadline. Applications received during the extended decision period are reviewed on a rolling basis and as such applications can close at any time if enrollment capacity has been reached. For programs that note a rolling admissions deadline, all verified applications are reviewed/decided in the manner received. Decisions are typically issued 3-4 weeks from the application verification date.
