Jennifer Dufour MS, CNM, RN, BSN

Jenny has spent her nursing career caring for a variety of populations. She has been working in the perinatal space, specifically in Labor and Delivery, for the past 6 years. Recently, she became a Board-Certified Nurse Midwife after graduating from the University of Colorado. For Jenny, the path to midwifery became clear as she began working closely with midwives in the labor and delivery setting. Her commitment to education, activism, medical science, and caring for others is at the heart of this work.

Originally from the West Coast, Jenny earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon but has called Colorado home for the past 10 years. She is deeply passionate about being an ally to human rights organizations focused on national and global health issues. Always striving to grow, Jenny considers herself a lifelong student.

In her free time, Jenny spends time with her Aussie dog Ari. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, being in nature, reading, sleeping, exploring new cities, and all the food they offer! Recently, she has become an auntie and picked up a hobby as a novice baker!
