Susanne Kistin has been working with the University Nurse-Midwives (UNM) since 2014 and became the UNM Practice Lead in 2018. Susanne completed her midwifery training at Columbia University in 2006. Prior to her position with UNM, she worked at Boston Medical Center where she was on the faculty of Boston University School of Medicine. Susanne has a special interest in clinical teaching and inter-professional education and is involved with the education of midwifery students, medical students, and residents from OB-GYN, Family medicine, and Emergency Medicine departments. Susanne Provides full-scope midwifery care to a diverse population in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
