Dr. Theresa Noonan is the Simulation Coordinator on the Experiential Learning Team. She brings a background of nursing education and simulation experience, as well as clinical experience in Labor and Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care Units. In the acute care setting, she was very involved with educational, technological, and quality improvement initiatives.
Dr. Noonan completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Illinois University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Informatics at University of Minnesota. In both the clinical and educational settings, she promotes the utilization of technology to enhance learning and improve patient outcomes. She maintains certifications in Inpatient Obstetrics and Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
