Taryn Olivera is a Certified Nurse-Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with specific experience and interest in treating individuals with substance use disorder, including managing this diagnosis during pregnancy. She earned her graduate degree from the University of Colorado in 2024. She has additional professional history with incarcerated populations and in social work.
She believes in the practice of midwifery as a collaboration with patients, emphasizing the respect of patient autonomy and shared-decision making.
