Emily Skrocki has been a registered nurse since receiving her BSN in 2012. Her registered nursing background includes practice in pediatric critical care, pediatric hematology/oncology and general inpatient pediatrics. After completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2017, Emily spent several years living in Alaska working directly with high risk youth as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Her interests focus on reducing health inequity for rural and medically underserved children. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice with the Child Health Clinic at Children's Hospital Colorado.
