Alexandria has been in the medical field for over two decades. She has spent most of her nursing career specialized in palliative and hospice nursing that informed her interest in midwifery care. Her work as a sexual assault nurse examiner inspired her to go back to school for advanced practice. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Colorado College of Nursing with a masters in Midwifery.
Alexandria has spent the first four years of her midwifery career deepening her experience of physiological birth by working out of hospital at a freestanding birth center. She is passionate about giving trauma informed care to all. Respecting autonomy and the right to choice. Serving youth populations and survivors of trauma. She has a specialty in working with those in pregnancy and infant loss.
Alexandria loves spending time in nature—hiking and camping with her family and dog. You can usually find her sipping a cup of tea in her free time.
