State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement

The University of Colorado Anschutz College of Nursing is a participating member of SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement), which is a national initiative overseen by the National Council of State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). This allows the College of Nursing to offer online education and out-of-state learning opportunities to promote equitable education opportunities for all students.

Please note: Individual states’ board of nursing requirements and educational and licensure requirements may differ from those provided by the College of Nursing and may impact the ability of a student to be admitted to a program. Due to these factors, determinations on what states the College of Nursing can accept students from may be impacted.
