What accreditation is and why it’s important

The demand for well-trained and prepared nurses is increasing, as is the demand for high-quality nursing education. Many factors come into play when deciding to enroll in a nursing program. One of the most important, yet often overlooked, factors is whether or not a nursing program is accredited.
