No. Out-of-state residents can apply. Our DNP program is part of the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP), and Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), so permanent residents of a Western Interstate Commission of Higher Education state or territory may be eligible for doctoral education at CU Nursing at the in-state tuition rate.
Yes! Part-time and full-time options are available. Check your specialty’s study plan for details about time frames and credits per semester. Full-time status is taking a minimum of five credits per semester. You have the option to take a heavier course load if you’d like to finish the program at a quicker pace.
