COVID-19 Vaccine Community Town Hall: Real Talk for Black and Brown Communities

| 05:30 PM - 07:30 PM

As the vaccination for COVID-19 begins across both Colorado and the country, there are honest questions on the vaccine that have honest answers.

To help facilitate these conversations, the CU Anschutz Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Community Engagement is hosting a town hall discussion: “COVID-19 Vaccine Community Town Hall: Real Talk for Black and Brown Communities.”

The town hall will be held virtually on Thursday, January 14th from 5:30-7:30pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Black Professionals who have been directly involved in the development of the COVID-19 vaccine and members of local communities, as well as a discussion on vaccine hesitancy in the Black/Brown communities.

The Town Hall will be moderated by Dr. Cerise Hunt, Associate Dean of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Colorado School of Public Health. Panelists include both members of the CU Anschutz campus community along with local area doctors and health professionals. See a full list of panelists on the registration form.

Please share a Spanish-language flyer of the event with anyone in your network who may be interested.
