Career Services
CU Nursing coordinates career fairs, connects students with potential employment opportunities after graduation and more. If you are looking for employment as a graduate or current student, check out the following resources:
- CU Nursing Student Affairs Newsletter – this newsletter is sent weekly to all active CU Nursing students from the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs. This newsletter will frequently highlight nurse residency application deadlines, jobs for BS-prepared RNs and advanced practice RNs as well as community requests looking to hire nursing students for caretaker positions or other jobs that are suitable for nursing students.
- Handshake – Create an account on Handshake to learn about jobs available for nurses. The postings are continually updates. This is also the platform used for virtual career fairs.
- Alumni Mentorship – The CU Nursing Alumni Association hosts one-on-one mentoring programs and panels for nursing students at various stages of their education.
