Calendar of Events

When disparities in hair care hygiene are identified in healthcare settings, there are limited resources available to guide organizations and institutions in examining their current practices and identifying opportunities to provide more equitable care. During this presentation the speakers will explore the historical context of hair inequities and share best practices and resources that have be used to implement successful hair care equity programs. Clinical leadership and staff, educators of prospective health care providers, and health professions students will benefit from attending the presentation.
