Caitlin's interest in birth started at a young age when she witnessed the birth of her nephew. She has passionately supported folks through health experiences and life transitions ever since. Caitlin graduated with her MSN in midwifery from Seattle University in 2018. Prior to joining University Nurse-Midwives, she enjoyed serving communities as a midwife at a freestanding birth center in Boulder and at hospitals in the Pacific Northwest. Caitlin is passionate about providing inclusive care that respects and nurtures her client's reproductive health goals. Her clinical interests include health equity, reproductive justice, LGBTQ health, sexuality throughout the lifespan, and supporting physiologic birth. Prior to becoming a midwife, she worked in public health and reproductive justice advocacy. Outside of midwifery, Caitlin enjoys gardening, cooking, and exploring the mountains.
