GenSight Study

Goal: To understand individual, structural, and social determinants of health affecting transgender and gender expansive adults in Denver, CO.

Healthcare Transition Study

Goal: To learn more about healthcare transition from pediatric to adult gender-affirming care services. We hope to identify the needs and goals of patients, parents, and care providers to support a successful transition to adult gender-affirming care.

Forward 2 Quit

Goal: To develop a smoking cessation mobile app for trans and gender expansive adults across the United States. We hope to reduce the negative impacts of tobacco by creating an app that is specific to the needs and priorities of transgender and gender-expansive adults.

WePrEP

Goal: To develop a bilingual digital shared decision-making tool to enhance communication between transgender women and their pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) service providers as transgender women choose their ideal PrEP modality (oral or injectable), our project is likely to make a widespread and lasting impact on transgender women’s uptake and adherence to PrEP.
