Last Update: January 7, 2022

All CU College of Nursing students are required to stay informed of the latest guidance and policies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This applies to all university and college-related information.

College of Nursing Protocols and Guidance

The information listed below are in addition to the CU Anschutz policies and protocols that are already put into place on campus.

As noted all students, faculty, and staff are required to submit proof of having received the COVID-19 booster before January 24, 2022.

Instructions for uploading your COVID-19 Booster:

  1. Complete the CU Anschutz vaccine verification form
  2. Load your booster information into your American Databank account (ADB). Taking this additional step will make it easier to respond to clinical sites if asked for the information.

If you are unable to comply with the booster requirements by the deadline due to illness or exposure, please complete the Delayed Booster Intent Form. By submitting this form, the College will be able to counsel on a revised time frame based on eligibility.

The College of Nursing is implementing the following protocols to mitigate spread and minimize exposure to the COVID-19 Virus:

  • Providing CU Nursing students with small particle masks - 1 per student. Information regarding distribution of the masks will be emailed to students.
  • Keeping 6+ feet from others when able.
  • Decreasing clinical capacity in the onsite clinical setting.
  • Supplying cleaning products to allow for cleaning of personal spaces while on campus.
