Amy Renea, LPC, LAC is faculty at the University of Colorado College of Nursing’s clinic practice site CU-Sheridan Health Services (SHS) in the Family Health Clinic. As a behavioral health provider, Amy offers brief individual counseling in an integrated care setting for older adolescents and adults. Amy brings her experience in working with people experiencing homelessness, the criminal justice system, and integrated care.

Amy earned her Bachelors degree in English from Kansas State University in 1993 and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2016. While obtaining her Bachelors, Amy had the opportunity to study in Mexico, where she became proficient in Spanish. Amy is passionate about providing high quality care to underserved populations.
