Pamela Prag completed her undergraduate work in nursing at Biola University, her master's degree at the University of Colorado specializing in midwifery, and then completed her MPH at CU focusing on Global Health.

As director of Global Health/Health Disparities programming at the College of Nursing, she is actively involved in creating international and domestic partnerships in which students are able to have clinical experiences in low resource settings. As well, students have first hand exposure to research development opportunities with in country partners. Sites include Pine Ridge Indian reservation, Nepal, Malawi, Ecuador and Guatemala currently.

Pamela joined the University Nurse Midwives practice in 2007. Prior to that she worked in various settings across the Denver metro area. She is passionate about working with the underinsured, undocumented and refugee communities.

She is the faculty lead for the undergraduate Public Health nursing course work at the College of Nursing.
